Our office is now accepting applications for Spring 2026 internships. For all interested applicants, please send a resume and cover letter to MN03Internships@mail.house.gov.
Please submit your application for either the District Office (DO) or DC office, and follow this format in the subject line: Spring 2026 (DC/DO) Internship - Firstname Lastname
This internship will be paid, in-person and run between January-May 2025. Interns will be able to gain professional experience while serving the constituents of Minnesota’s third Congressional District. Tasks may include:
- Constituent correspondence, answering phones
- Performing research as assigned by staff
- Communicating with the public, attending meetings
In the cover letter and/or text of the email, specify dates of availability and available hours. If you are applying for the District Office internship, please include a list of 1-2 references as well.
The deadline for Spring 2026 applications for the DC office is November 15. The deadline for Spring 2026 applications for the District Office is December 5th.
