Internships

Our office is now accepting applications for Summer 2026 internships. For all interested applicants, please send a resume and cover letter to MN03Internships@mail.house.gov.

Please submit your application for either the District Office (DO) or DC office, and follow this format in the subject line: Summer 2026 (DC/DO) Internship - Firstname Lastname

This internship will be paid, in-person and run between June-August 2026. Interns will be able to gain professional experience while serving the constituents of Minnesota’s third Congressional District. Tasks may include:

• Constituent correspondence, answering phones
• Performing research as assigned by staff
• Communicating with the public, attending meetings

In the cover letter and/or text of the email, specify dates of availability and available hours. If you are applying for the District Office internship, please include a list of 1-2 references as well.
