Our office is now accepting applications for Spring 2026 internships. For all interested applicants, please send a resume and cover letter to MN03Internships@mail.house.gov. 

For district office (DO) or DC office internships, please follow this format in the subject line: Spring 2026 (DC/DO) Internship - Firstname Lastname 

This internship will be paid, in-person only and run from January - May 2026 . All interns will have the opportunity to work with staff in both offices. Interns will be able to gain professional experience while serving the constituents of Minnesota’s third Congressional District. Tasks may include: 

  • Constituent correspondence, answering phones  

  • Performing research as assigned by staff 

  • Communicating with the public, attending meetings 

In the cover letter and/or text of the email, specify dates of availability and available hours. 

The deadline for Spring 2026 applications is November 15.
