Chris Pappas (NH-01) and half a dozen small business owners from across the country to introduce the Small Business Liberation Act, which would exempt the more than 34 million U.S. small businesses from President Trump’s catastrophically high tariffs enacted on April 2, 2025.

During her questioning, Rep. Morrison pressed Administrator Loeffler to support tariff exemptions for small businesses. Administrator Loeffler refused to commit her support.
WASHINGTON, DC – Today, U.S. Representative Kelly Morrison (MN-03) introduced the Justice for America’s Veterans and Survivors Act, which will require the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to document and publish veterans' cause of death, their disabilities accrued during service, and whether their death was related to suicide or that disability. Better data collection and documentation will lead to better understanding of veterans’ mental health and improved suicide prevention.
